30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email zaidbsl@outlook.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or was not the item you ordered. In those cases we cover the return shipping cost and send you a prepaid label or arrange a pickup. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
If you would like a different finish or size, return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
