How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered in 5–10 business days: 1–3 business days handling plus 4–7 business days transit. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We ship to US addresses only, excluding P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. More details are on our Track Your Order page.
Products
Are the marble and travertine tables real stone?
No. Finishes labeled "faux" (for example faux travertine or faux green marble) are stone-effect or marble-effect finishes designed to look like natural stone. They are not natural stone.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Veining, grain and color can vary slightly between pieces and screens, which gives each piece its own character.
Do the tables need assembly?
Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about assembly or dimensions for a specific product, and we will answer within 1–2 business days.
Returns and payment
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy.
